Shannon made me feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I met her. It was hard for me to open up and show someone my closet that looked like something you would see on the tv show Hoarders. But she has seen it all before, and was not intimidated in the least by this project. She was prompt, professional, super friendly, and whipped my closet into shape in no time, and now I cannot stop looking at it in awe! This investment was money well worth spent, as it has restored balance in my life and I feel so much lighter. I am hiring [Glasshouse Organizing] for at least two more projects this fall (garage and kitchen). Her prices are on par with other professional home organizers, too, if not even a little better. 5/5 experience!

Shannon has amazing organizational skills. Took my existing closet and helped me come up with a system that fit my needs. She had great ideas that I had never thought of before. I absolutely love my closet now. I highly recommend using her and will continue to use her for other areas of my house!

The job far exceeded my expectations. Shannon interviewed me to find out what I really wanted and built her plan around those wants. Her execution of the plan was spot on and timely. Once she finished the job, the entire atmosphere changed to a peaceful, relaxing vibe and all I could do was sit in awe knowing it was the same house but now a home. I highly recommend her work. She's amazing!!!!
